About this Gig
At The Optimal Flow we take the automations your operations already depend on and make them survive production.
The workflows are load bearing, nobody documented them, and the person who built half of them left. They work until the input is wrong or an API is down, and then they fail quietly.
Who this is for
Teams whose automations break without anyone noticing until a customer does. Operators who inherited workflows nobody can explain. Companies that need branching, loops and real error handling.
How we work
We audit what you have, including the workflows that quietly stopped running. We rebuild what is fragile rather than patch it, because a bad workflow stays bad. We add the error handling you probably never had: retries, alerts and an owner for each failure. We keep the old version running until the repaired one has proven itself. We document everything, so this does not depend on us again.

FAQ
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the n8n instance and a short call to walk through what breaks most often. If you do not know which workflows fail, that is what the audit is for.
What if something breaks while you are working on it?
Nothing is switched off until the repaired version has run alongside the original on real data. Full Repair includes 7 days of monitoring, Production Hardening 30, with a documented rollback.
Cloud or self hosted?
Both. Cloud when you want someone else handling uptime, self hosted when you have data residency requirements or very high volume. We work with what you already run.
Do we keep working with you afterwards?
Only if you want to. Everything is documented so your team can maintain it, and that is the point.
