What’s the difference between copy editing and proofreading?
Copy editing fixes grammar, punctuation, consistency and clarity. Proofreading is the final check for typos and small errors before publishing.
Do you rewrite my content?
No. I correct errors and improve clarity, but your voice and story stay yours. Every change is shown in tracked changes.
Which file formats do you accept?
Word (.docx) or Google Docs preferred. Send a PDF only if no editable file exists, since it may add cost.
Which formats do you deliver?
Edited Word file with tracked changes, EPUB or KDP-ready Kindle file, and a print-ready paperback PDF, depending on your package.
Can you format for any trim size?
Yes. I use KDP-approved sizes like 5x8, 5.5x8.5 and 6x9, and I’ll recommend one for your genre and page count.
Will my book pass KDP review?
I test files in KDP Previewer and follow Amazon’s guidelines. I can’t guarantee approval, but I’ll fix any formatting issue KDP flags at no extra cost.
Do you offer developmental editing?
Not in this gig. I focus on copy editing, proofreading and formatting. Message me if you need story-level feedback.

How long does it take?
2 to 7 days depending on package and length. Longer manuscripts are quoted individually, and rush delivery is available.
