I will provide professional 3D plant modeling using AutoCAD Plant 3D or AVEVA E3D for process and industrial facilities.

My services include:

Process Piping: Detailed modeling of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, specialty components, and inline items based on P&IDs, piping specifications, and project requirements.

Equipment: 3D modeling of vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, packages, skids, and other process equipment.

Structural: Modeling of pipe racks, platforms, steel structures, stairs, ladders, handrails, and related components.

Piping Supports: Standard and custom support modeling and integration with the plant model.

Plant Layout: Equipment arrangement, piping routing, access/maintenance clearances, and constructability considerations.

Model Coordination: Multidisciplinary coordination and clash identification between piping, equipment, structure, electrical, and instrumentation.

Deliverables: Piping isometrics, orthographic drawings, layouts, MTO/BOM, and model-based documentation.

Administration: Creation and customization of piping specifications, catalogs, components, and parametric parts.
