Google Cloud – Generative AI Virtual Internship (15 Sept 2025 – 31 Oct 2025) I completed a hands-on virtual internship focused on understanding and applying Generative AI using Google Cloud. During this program, I worked extensively with Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden, Embeddings, Vector Search, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. I completed guided labs, quizzes, and challenge-based tasks through Google Cloud Skill Boost, gaining practical experience in building and testing AI workflows in real cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Created text embeddings, performed vector search, and integrated outputs with Cloud Storage and BigQuery. Used Vertex AI models for text generation, summarization, and classification. Worked on challenge labs that required independent problem-solving, debugging, and model execution. Followed structured learning modules to strengthen cloud and AI fundamentals. Achievements: Successfully completed all labs and challenges with full practical implementation. Gained hands-on expertise with Google Cloud’s Generative AI tools and workflows. Built real-world understanding of deploying and testing AI models on cloud infrastructure. Strengthened analytical thinking, debugging, and technical problem-solving skills. Challenges Overcome: Solved configuration issues related to API keys, regions, and permissions. Debugged notebook errors by checking logs, validating inputs, and re-running tasks step-by-step. Handled challenge labs without instructions by breaking tasks into smaller steps and using documentation effectively.
