Yes. An Xactimate estimate and supporting sketches may be added as a gig extra when sufficient photos, measurements, and damage details are provided. More complex claims may require a custom offer.
Is short-term ongoing support available?
Yes, as a gig extra. Receive 3 days of priority support with unlimited messaging, document and correspondence review, follow-up guidance, and up to 1 scheduled video call.
Are there limits to Claim Ally Priority Support?
Yes. This premium package includes 14 days of priority support, document and correspondence review, unlimited messaging, claim organization, and up to three 30-minute scheduled video calls.
What documents should I provide?
Any documents you would like reviewed, such as: your policy, declarations page, carrier estimate, denial letter, payment letters, photos, contractor estimates, correspondence, and/or any other relevant claim documents.
Are there limits on the Comprehensive Claim Report?
Yes. The report covers one claim and one policy, up to two estimates, up to 75 pages of documents, and one revision.
Will you contact or negotiate with my insurance company?
No. I provide insurance education, document review, and claim organization. I do not provide legal advice, make coverage decisions, negotiate settlements, or act as a public adjuster.
