Q: Can you troubleshoot an existing Autopilot deployment?
A: Yes. I can investigate problems such as stuck ESP, failed provisioning, incorrect assignments, device registration issues, application failures and policy conflicts.
Q: Do you need access to my Intune tenant?
A: Direct access is normally required for configuration or remediation. Appropriately scoped access is preferred. A review can also be performed using screenshots and exported configuration where practical.
Q: Will you make changes without approval?
A: No. Any configuration or remediation changes will be limited to the agreed scope.
Q: Does this include application packaging?
A: Minor deployment troubleshooting is included where relevant. Creating or rebuilding multiple Win32 application packages is a separate service.
Q: What Windows devices can use Autopilot?
A: This service focuses on supported Windows devices that meet Microsoft’s Windows Autopilot requirements and can be registered with the organisation’s tenant.
