About this gig
Your emails might look great and still land in Promotions or spam.
I fix both problems, design and deliverability, so your campaigns actually get opened.
I design and set up email marketing inside Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite, and Brevo: branded templates, newsletters, welcome sequences, and full automation flows, built mobile-responsive from the start.
What I deliver:
- Custom HTML email templates matching your brand
- Newsletter and campaign design (editable, drag-and-drop)
- Welcome sequences and automated flows
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup for inbox deliverability
- Signup forms and landing pages
- Audience segmentation and list cleanup
- Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MailerLite or Brevo your choice of platform
Ideal for: e-commerce stores, real estate agents, coaches, newsletters (including beehiiv), and small businesses who need email that converts, not just email that sends.
How it works:
- Send your brand assets and goals
- I design and send a preview
- You review, I revise, we launch
Most single templates are delivered in 23 days. Message me before ordering automation or a multi-step flow so I can scope it accurately.

FAQ
Which platforms do you work with?
I provide Substack setup, optimization, newsletter management, article promotion, social media promotion, branding, and audience growth support.
Will you fix deliverability issues, not just design?
Yes — I set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so your emails land in the inbox, not spam.
Do I need to have brand assets ready?
It helps but isn't required — I can work from a logo and color palette, or help establish a simple style if you don't have one yet
Can you migrate my existing list or automation from another platform?
Yes, message me with details and I'll scope it in your package.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic and Standard include set revision rounds (see package details)
Do you write the email copy, or just design the template?
Design and layout are included in every package. Copywriting is available as an add-on — let me know if you want me to draft the content too, or if you'll be supplying it.
I don't have an email list yet — can you still help?
Yes. I can build signup forms and landing pages to start collecting subscribers, and set up your welcome automation so you're ready the moment people join.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if you have them), access or invite to your email platform account, and a short note on your goal for the campaign or automation. I'll confirm scope before starting so there are no surprises.
