Why is my website slow, and can you fix it?
Usually it is heavy images, unused scripts or a poor setup. I find the exact cause and fix what can be fixed on your site. If your hosting itself is the bottleneck, I will tell you honestly. Speed work is in Standard and Premium.
My browser says “Not Secure”. Can you fix that?
Yes. I set up HTTPS properly and check that the pages in your package load securely, with no leftover warnings. This is included in Standard and Premium.
Why am I not showing up in local search?
Often it is crawl errors, indexing gaps or missing structured data. My audit finds which one is holding you back, then I fix it. Anything outside your website, like your local listing, is not part of this gig.
Do you guarantee higher rankings?
No. Rankings depend on many factors beyond technical health, and no honest freelancer can guarantee a position. I fix what is holding your site back, which gives your pages a solid foundation to rank.
What kind of websites do you work on?
Custom-coded sites and WordPress sites. For other platforms, message me first and I will tell you honestly if I can help. If a platform limits a specific fix, I will tell you before I start, not after.
What access do you need from me?
Your website admin login and hosting access, or your developer's contact. After you order, I will list exactly what I need. Your domain and hosting always stay in your name.
Will you change my design or content?
No. I only work on the technical side. Design, text and branding stay as they are unless you ask otherwise. If a speed fix would affect something visible, like a slider, I will check with you first.
Is my website safe while you work?
I take a backup before making changes whenever possible, test everything afterward, and send a clear report. If a fix does not work as described, I will correct it free within 7 days.
Can you remove a search penalty?
Penalty recovery is a separate and uncertain process, so it is not part of these packages. If you think you have one, message me first and I will tell you honestly whether that is the real issue.
What if my site is too outdated to fix?
