FAQ

Yes. I can organize contacts using the tags and segmentation rules agreed for your project.
Q2. Can you create automated welcome emails?
Yes. I can configure a welcome workflow or follow-up sequence, depending on your Mailchimp plan and requirements.
Q3. Can you design a newsletter template?
Yes. I can create a branded, mobile-friendly newsletter template using the content and branding materials you provide.
Q4. Can you set up an automation triggered by a tag?
Yes. I can configure a supported automation that responds to a selected tag, provided the required functionality is available in your account
Q5. Do I need a Mailchimp account before ordering?
An account is needed for work inside Mailchimp. If you need initial setup, tell me before ordering so we can agree on the required access and scope.
Q6. Do you write the email content?
Copywriting is not included in the standard packages. You can provide your content, or contact me to discuss a separate writing service.
Q7. Will you guarantee that my emails reach the inbox?
No. I can check the agreed configuration and help with relevant email setup issues, but inbox placement depends on factors beyond the template or automation setup.
Q8. Can you fix an existing Mailchimp automation?
Yes, depending on the issue. Please describe the problem before ordering so I can confirm whether it fits a package or requires a custom offer.
