My edits can include grammar, punctuation, spelling, awkward wording, sentence flow, consistency, and continuity depending on the package you choose. I work especially well with fantasy, speculative fiction, YA, and manuscripts with multiple characters, timelines, relationships, or worldbuilding details that need careful tracking.
Basic is best for a clean proofreading pass.
Standard includes a fuller sentence-level copy edit for clarity, flow, and consistency.
Premium adds a more deliberate continuity review, including names, terminology, chronology, relationships, and worldbuilding details, plus an editing summary.
I use tracked changes and comments so you can clearly see what I changed and why.
For projects over the listed word limits, you can add extra words or message me for a custom offer.

What is the difference between proofreading, copy editing, and continuity review?
Proofreading focuses on spelling, grammar, punctuation, and obvious errors. Copy editing also addresses clarity, sentence flow, readability, consistency, and awkward wording. My Premium package adds a more deliberate continuity review for names, chronology, relationships, terminology, and worldbuild
Will you rewrite my story?
I may suggest or lightly revise wording when needed for clarity, grammar, or flow, but this Gig is not a ghostwriting or full rewriting service. I aim to preserve your voice rather than replace it with mine.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to my delivered edit or clarification of comments. It does not include re-editing a substantially rewritten or replaced manuscript section.
Can you edit more than the listed word count?
Yes. You can add additional words to your package, or message me for a custom offer if you have a longer chapter or manuscript.
What file format should I send?
A Microsoft Word document is ideal because it allows me to use tracked changes and comments. If you have another format, message me before ordering so I can confirm that I can work with it.
