Got a part that broke, wore out, or that you can't buy anymore? I rebuild it as a clean, 3D-printable replacement print it instead of replacing the whole product.
Perfect for discontinued spares: a snapped clip, a missing knob, a worn gear, a bracket nobody sells anymore.
TWO WAYS TO WORK
1. Mail me the part (Germany/EU). I scan it and rebuild it properly. Most accurate route.
2. Send photos plus measurements. Fine for simple parts, but photos hide inner geometry and undercuts mailing it in is safer.

WHY NOT A TRACED PHOTO
I'm a mechanical engineer with a professional 3D scanner and proper CAD. Your part is rebuilt as real geometry, not traced from an image the difference between a part that clips in and one that almost fits.
NOTE ON USE
Replacements are for repair, prototyping and non-critical use. No brake, suspension, lifting, load-bearing or structural parts.

Need a part that actually works, not just a nice render?
We're Protoverse Engineering, a small engineering company in Germany. We do 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD, rebuilding existing parts as clean, editable data, and turning ideas into models that can actually be manufactured.
A scanner plus engineering judgement is the reason why a part we model fits when it's printed, instead of almost fitting.
You get STEP, STL and dimensioned drawings. FDM printing on request for parts we've modelled ourselves. And if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you before you order.

FAQ
Q: Do I have to send you the actual part?
A: No. Photos plus measurements work for many parts. But if the part is complex, worn, or hard to measure, mailing it in gives a much more accurate result. I scan it and send it back on request.
Q: Will I get my original part back?
A: Yes, on request. Just say so when you order. Return shipping is covered by you and I'll send it tracked.
Q: What if only a broken fragment is left?
A: Often still workable. Two halves of a snapped part usually give me enough to rebuild the whole geometry. Send photos and I'll tell you before you order.
Q: Can you print it for me too?
A: Yes, add the print extra and I'll produce and ship the finished part within Germany and the EU. Larger parts or small batches go through a custom offer.
Q: What file do I get?
A: A print-ready STL on every package. STEP from Standard up, so any workshop or manufacturer can work with it.
Q: How accurate is it?
A: Accurate enough to fit and function for repair use. Exact tolerances depend on the part and the printing process, tell me where it has to fit and I'll build to that.
Q: My part is safety-relevant. Can you do it?
A: No. I don't take on brake, suspension, lifting, load-bearing, or structural parts.
