Basic delivers a working CSV script, not just an analysis. Standard adds a multi-step workflow with one agreed API or PDF layout. Premium adds broader processing, error handling, logs and setup guidance within an agreed scope.
You receive source code, dependencies, sample output, test notes and run instructions. We agree on input formats, rules, volume, environment and acceptance examples before work starts.
OCR, variable document layouts, dashboards, web apps, ongoing hosting and paid API fees are not included. New formats or requirements need a separate quote. Revisions cover the agreed workflow.

What does the Basic package deliver?
A working Python script for one agreed CSV transformation, including source code, dependencies, sample output and run instructions. It is not an analysis-only package.
Can you process PDF files?
Yes, from Standard upward, for an agreed, consistent text-based layout. Please send anonymized samples. Scans, handwriting, OCR and changing layouts require separate assessment and pricing.
Can you connect an API or WooCommerce?
Yes, when the documented API, required endpoints and test access fit the agreed package. Complete store synchronization, complex authentication or many endpoints need a custom offer. Paid API fees are excluded.
Can the script run automatically?
Premium can include one scheduling setup on the agreed environment, where access and permissions allow it. Hosting, continuous monitoring and ongoing maintenance are not included. Other packages include manual run instructions.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Every package includes the Python source, dependency list and setup instructions. You need a compatible environment; third-party licenses and services remain subject to their own terms.
How do we verify the result?
We agree on sample inputs and expected outputs before work starts. I run the agreed tests and deliver the output plus notes about any known limitations. Volume and runtime depend on the environment and external services.
What does a revision cover?
A revision adjusts the delivered workflow to the original agreed requirements. New input layouts, extra APIs, additional rules or a new user interface are changes of scope and need a separate quote.
What if the task is too complex for a package?
Send examples before ordering. If the scope is uncertain, I can propose a separately priced assessment with a clear written deliverable. Implementation is quoted separately; it is never silently replaced by an analysis.
