FAQ
What genres do you specialize in as a beta reader?
I primarily specialize in romance and fantasy manuscripts, but I also work with general fiction. For academic work like theses, I offer proofreading and formatting support rather than beta reading feedback.
Do you also proofread and edit, or just beta read?
Both. Every package includes a proofreading pass, and Standard/Premium packages include book editing (line and copy editing) to polish your prose beyond structural feedback.
Can you format my book as well?
Yes — the Premium package includes book formatting for print and eBook, including interior layout, chapter headers, and spacing, so your manuscript is publish-ready.
Do you work with academic manuscripts or theses?
Yes, I offer thesis proofreading and formatting as part of the Standard and Premium packages, or as a custom request — just message me with your requirements.
What should I send you to get started?
A complete Word or PDF file of your manuscript, along with your genre, target audience, and any specific areas you'd like me to focus on (e.g., pacing, romance chemistry, world-building).
