FAQ
What information do you need to get started?
Most of the time, I only need access to your WordPress dashboard. However, for complex issues, I may require cPanel, FTP, or your hosting account login (such as GoDaddy, Hostinger, Namecheap) to diagnose and fix the problem properly.
How long does it take to fix an issue?
Most issues are resolved within a few hours. More complex problems may take longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.
What does the Basic Gig package cover?
The Basic Gig includes small CSS edits, text changes, and image replacements only. For any other type of fix or issue, please contact us first.
What if I don’t know what the problem is?
That’s completely fine! Just send me your website URL and a brief description of what you’re experiencing. I’ll check the issue and guide you with the best solution.
Do you work via remote software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk?
Sorry, I don’t work through remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk, as it goes against Fiverr’s Terms of Service. All work is done directly on your website to ensure accuracy and security.
Will fixing my issue affect my existing content or design?
No. I make sure your content, layout, and data remain safe. I only modify what’s necessary to resolve the issue.
Can you fix issues caused by themes or plugins?
Yes. I can fix problems caused by any theme or plugin — whether it’s free, premium, or custom-built.
Is my website safe when I share access?
Absolutely. Your security is my top priority. I never store or misuse your login details. You can also provide temporary access if you prefer.
Can you fix hacked or malware-infected websites?
Yes, I can remove malware, clean infected files, and secure your website to prevent future attacks. Since every hacked site is different, this service may require a custom quote.
Do you offer refunds?
If I’m unable to solve your issue, I’ll gladly offer a full refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
