I would love to read your work and give you feedback!
When reviewing a manuscript, I am an active beta reader. What I mean is, I am constantly checking in with myself and asking questions like:
How does the writing make me feel?
Is the pacing too fast/slow?
Does this dialogue seem natural?
How do I feel about this character?
Does this character's action seem out of character?
Would this be confusing to a reader?
Could the setting be more descriptive? Is the world immersive?
I offer in-document comments so that you receive a beta reader's first impressions while reading your work. I also provide a 1 page reader report with a summary of my thoughts of your work for my Standard and Premium Packages. In the report, I focus on the big picture: my overall thoughts, the strengths and weaknesses, etc.
If you have a manuscript of 100K+ words, please message me for a custom offer- I would love to work with you! At this time, I cannot provide custom offers below my Basic package.
I'm very flexible- fiction, nonfiction, short stories, tomes- I love reading it all!

Do you use AI at any point in the beta reading process?
No. I do not use AI/ChatGPT at all. Not within my in-document comments, and not with generating a reader report of any kind.
Do you take on larger projects, more than 100K words?
Yes! I love to read longer projects and have worked on numerous projects larger than 100K. Message me and we can work out a custom gig that works for you!
What are some of your favorite books/series?
The Wheel of Time, War and Peace, His Dark Materials, Kushiel's Dart, Persuasion, Stormlight Archive, Tigana, Sabriel, The Shadow of the Wind.
Do you read nonfiction?
Yes! I have been a beta reader for many nonfiction works as well as fiction.

I wish I found her a month ago. I plan on using her for all of my work going forward. When you find a gem, why switch?
