Do you use track changes?
Yes I do. I find this allows me to give you additional context and reasons for any changes I make.
Do you edit AI content?
Yes I do. Although AI has improved considerably, it doesn't yet fully embrace the nuances of language that only a human editor and proofreader will be aware of. In these instances, my edits will ensure that your text will have a more natural flow whilst being appropriate for the desired audience.
Do you work in UK English?
Yes I do. I was born and raised in the South East of England and as such, UK English is my native language.
Do you follow a style guide?
Yes. My preference is to follow the principles set out in 'New Hart's Rules: the Oxford Style Guide'. However, I will always ask if you are following any industry accepted or bespoke style guides.
