About this gig
Need help installing, upgrading or fixing your Moodle LMS? I am a Moodle consultant with 10 years of experience.
Upgrades include Moodle 5.3 LTS, and every upgrade is tested on a copy of your site first.
Please message me before ordering with your Moodle version and requirements so I can confirm the scope and compatibility.
BASIC: Fix one agreed minor error on an existing Moodle site.
STANDARD: Upgrade your existing Moodle to an agreed compatible version. Older sites and custom plugins need a review first.
PREMIUM: Moodle setup with theme installation and demo configuration, 3 compatible plugins, Moodle web service configuration and 3 PDF tutorials. Basic and Standard services are also included within the agreed project scope.
Need a Moodle migration? Send your current and destination hosting details for a scoped offer.
Domain, hosting, paid themes and paid plugins are not included, and premium theme licenses come from you. Theme work means installing and configuring an existing theme. A custom theme built from your Figma or design files is a separate project with its own quote, as are custom plugins and third-party integrations.
Respect third-party rights
Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

I have worked with Moodle every day since 2016: first running e-courses for a large education group, and since 2019 as an independent consultant. My work is the hard part of Moodle: upgrades across several versions, including to Moodle 5.3 LTS, migrations between hosts and off MoodleCloud, IOMAD multi-tenant platforms, custom plugins and SQL reports. You deal with me directly, I explain each step in plain English, and I test on a copy of your site before touching the live one. Send me your Moodle version and what you need.

FAQ
What do you need before I order?
Please send your Moodle version, site URL, hosting type and a short description of the work. For errors, include screenshots and the steps that trigger the problem. Please do not send passwords in the initial enquiry.
What counts as a minor error?
Basic covers one specific issue that I confirm is a minor fix before you order. A site rebuild, major upgrade, migration, custom development or several unrelated problems needs a separate scope.
Can you upgrade an old Moodle site?
I will review your current version, server requirements, plugins and theme before confirming the upgrade path and target version. Older sites may require intermediate steps or additional compatibility work.
Does an upgrade include hosting migration?
Migration is scoped separately unless it is expressly included in your agreed offer. Please share the source and destination hosting details, site size and preferred maintenance window.
Are hosting and premium licenses included?
No. You provide the domain, hosting and licenses for any paid themes or plugins. Please confirm that your chosen theme and plugins support the agreed Moodle version.
What does Premium include?
Premium includes Moodle setup, theme installation and demo configuration, 3 compatible plugins, agreed Moodle web service configuration and 3 PDF tutorials. Basic and Standard work is included within the agreed scope. Custom plugins and third-party integrations are separate.
Will the site need downtime?
We will agree a maintenance window and backup arrangements before an upgrade or migration. The time needed depends on the site size, hosting and work involved.
Does the course upload extra include SCORM or H5P?
No. The course upload extra is for supplied course material and excludes SCORM and H5P development. Please send the course structure and content for review before ordering.
Can you build a custom theme from my Figma design?
Yes, as a separate quoted project. It is not part of these packages. Send the design files and I will quote.
