What do you need before I order?
Please send your Moodle version, site URL, hosting type and a short description of the work. For errors, include screenshots and the steps that trigger the problem. Please do not send passwords in the initial enquiry.
What counts as a minor error?
Basic covers one specific issue that I confirm is a minor fix before you order. A site rebuild, major upgrade, migration, custom development or several unrelated problems needs a separate scope.
Can you upgrade an old Moodle site?
I will review your current version, server requirements, plugins and theme before confirming the upgrade path and target version. Older sites may require intermediate steps or additional compatibility work.
Does an upgrade include hosting migration?
Migration is scoped separately unless it is expressly included in your agreed offer. Please share the source and destination hosting details, site size and preferred maintenance window.
Are hosting and premium licenses included?
No. You provide the domain, hosting and licenses for any paid themes or plugins. Please confirm that your chosen theme and plugins support the agreed Moodle version.
What does Premium include?

Will the site need downtime?
We will agree a maintenance window and backup arrangements before an upgrade or migration. The time needed depends on the site size, hosting and work involved.
Does the course upload extra include SCORM or H5P?
No. The course upload extra is for supplied course material and excludes SCORM and H5P development. Please send the course structure and content for review before ordering.
