Moodle and IOMAD specialist: upgrades, migrations, plugins

About me
I have worked with Moodle every day since 2016: first running e-courses for a large education group, and since 2019 as an independent consultant. My work is the hard part of Moodle: upgrades across several versions, including to Moodle 5.3 LTS, migrations between hosts and off MoodleCloud, IOMAD multi-tenant platforms, custom plugins and SQL reports. You deal with me directly, I explain each step in plain English, and I test on a copy of your site before touching the live one. Send me your Moodle version and what you need.
