Do I need a premium Power Automate licence?
Most SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Forms workflows run on the standard licence included with Microsoft 365. Premium connectors need a paid plan, and I will tell you before we start if yours does.
Can you fix a flow someone else built?
Yes. Send me the error message or run history and I will find the cause, fix it and explain what went wrong.
Will the flow keep running if the owner leaves the company?
I build flows under an account you choose and recommend a service account or shared ownership, so the flow does not depend on one person.
