No. My goal is to strengthen your manuscript while preserving your unique voice, tone, and writing style. I improve clarity, grammar, and flow without rewriting your work into someone else's style.
What's the difference between proofreading and copy editing?
Proofreading catches surface errors - spelling, grammar, punctuation. Copy editing goes deeper, improving sentence clarity, flow, consistency in tense and voice.
Will you rewrite my book?
No. Editing preserves your voice and corrects errors, it is not rewriting. If you need content rewritten or restructured, that falls under developmental editing, which I offer as a separate gig.
What if my manuscript is longer than 30,000 words?
No problem. Message me with your word count before ordering and I'll create a custom offer tailored to your manuscript size and timeline.
Will I be able to review the edits before accepting them?
Yes. You'll receive a google docs or Microsoft Word link with Track Changes enabled so you can review every edit individually, along with a clean, final version for easy use.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your manuscript remains private and confidential. I never share, reuse, or distribute your content, and all files are handled securely.
Can you edit books that are already formatted for Amazon KDP or print?
