Hi, I'm Samuel, but you can call me Sam! I'm 23 years old, I'm from Italy and I'm a personal trainer and a almost full time powerlifter! I've been working in the fitness area for almost 4 years now, and I've helped countless of people during this time. During high school I've also gained IT, programming and logical skills (not to mention Excel logic), and through self-teaching I've learnt English to the point I consider myself very fluent, almost bilingual. Also, my almost decade-long athlete career made me very determined to reach every goal I set myself to. I'll be happy to work with you!
