Never. All editing and proofreading are strictly my own work.

As a professional editor, I edit and proofread each document myself. Afterward, I run the document through spell check and then Grammarly to check for any spacing issues. Although Grammarly can be helpful, it, like many such programs, cannot determine content; thus, it is not always reliable.

Proofreading refers to the last round of checking; it involves fixing errors such as those related to spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, etc. Editing, which is also included in my services, is a more in-depth task and may include improving sentence structure or language usage.

The ideal way would be to have your content in Word; you will be able to see all of the changes I've made and have a clean copy for your use. I am able to copy and paste your website content into a Word document and edit from there, but due to the time involved, this may incur an additional charge.
