A: No. UKIPO decides whether an application meets its requirements, and third parties may oppose it. A preliminary search helps identify potential conflicts but cannot eliminate all risks.
Q: What happens if the search identifies a potential conflict?
A: We discuss the findings before filing. If you decide not to proceed, we agree on how to handle the unused filing component through Fiverr.
Q: Are additional classes, objections or oppositions included?
A: No. These require a separate assessment and quote. Please disclose any existing notices or deadlines before ordering.
