I fix Core Web Vitals on WordPress and WooCommerce sites and show the numbers before and after, measured on real page loads and not only in a lab test.
In every order:
LCP, INP and CLS measured first, on mobile and desktop
the actual cause named per template, not a list of plugins
the fix applied in a staging copy before it goes live
the same measurement again afterwards, side by side
a short note on what will slow it down again
I will not promise a change in rankings. Speed is one factor among many. What I do promise is that the numbers I show you are the ones your visitors get.

Do you use field data or lab data?
Both, shown separately. Lab data tells you what to fix. Field data from the Chrome UX Report tells you whether real visitors noticed. A report that shows only a lab score shows you the easy half.
