Can you guarantee a Lighthouse score?
I do not promise a fixed score. Results depend on hosting, third parties and the current architecture. I will target the highest-impact issues in scope and explain the tradeoffs.
Do you need repository access?
For implementation, yes. For an audit-only start, a live URL and an existing performance report can be enough.
