I will speed up your wordpress website and improve core web vitals

About this gig
Your site feels fast on your laptop and slow on a phone? I measure first, on a throttled mobile connection, then fix what the data shows, not what a plugin list says.
WHAT I DO
- Baseline: PageSpeed Insights mobile and desktop, saved as the "before"
- Largest Contentful Paint: fix what delays the main image or heading (image size and format, preload, server response)
- Render-blocking CSS and JavaScript, font loading, delayed scripts
- Images: correct sizes, WebP or AVIF, lazy loading below the fold only
- Caching and compression with WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache, Cloudflare where useful
- Plugin and script audit: remove what loads on every page and is used on none
- Layout shift: reserved space for images, embeds and ads
- After: same tools, same conditions, side by side with the before, plus a note on every change
Nothing your site needs is removed. Forms, menus, tracking and checkout are tested after each step.
A real result: a directory site went from 39 to 92 on mobile and 83 to 98 on desktop in PageSpeed Insights.
I tell you what is realistically achievable for your site and host before you order. Message me with the URL first.

Site down, checkout failing, or a design that needs building? I find the cause and fix it properly, or build it so your team can edit it later.
I fix: critical errors, WooCommerce checkout and payment errors, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, slow pages.
I build: Elementor Pro business sites and landing pages, WooCommerce stores, custom features with PHP and ACF.
How I work: backup first, staging where possible, tested on real phones, and a note on what changed. Replies within the hour.
Send me the URL and the problem; I will tell you what I would do before you order.

FAQ
Can you guarantee a 90+ score?
No one honestly can; scores depend on your host, theme and third-party scripts. I tell you what is achievable before you order and show the before and after.
Will you break anything?
I change one thing at a time and test forms, menus, tracking and checkout after each step. Full backup first.
Do I need to buy WP Rocket?
Not required. I work with WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache or free alternatives, whichever suits your host.
Do you change my hosting or DNS?
No. If your host is the bottleneck, I say so and tell you exactly what to ask them for.
Does this include SEO?
Page speed is part of technical SEO, but keyword work and content are not included.
What do you need from me?
The site URL and WordPress admin access. Hosting access only for server-level caching. Change the password after delivery.
Which tools do you use for the report?
PageSpeed Insights and WebPageTest, same settings before and after, so the comparison is fair.
Should I message you first?
Yes. Send the URL and I run a free baseline so we both see the starting point before you order.
