I have worked with HR, Payroll and Workforce Management systems for close to 20 years, and I know how challenging an implementation can be for an internal Project Manager or project team who may be managing an HRIS project for the first time.
I can help you set up your project on the right footing and give your team practical guidance on what to expect throughout the implementation.
During our advisory session, we can discuss your project setup, key workstreams, roles and responsibilities, governance, risks, dependencies, vendor management and the areas your Project Manager should be keeping a close eye on.
This is not a textbook project management session. My advice comes from hands-on experience delivering HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management projects and working with business teams, vendors and implementation partners.
The service includes up to 90 minutes of my time, which can be used to review relevant project information and/or meet with your Project Manager or project team.
If your team needs ongoing support after our initial session, we can discuss what additional support may be useful for your project.

No. This Gig is a focused advisory service designed to help you set up your project and support your internal Project Manager or project team. If you require broader or ongoing project support, we can discuss your requirements separately.
What should I provide before the session?
Please provide a brief overview of your project, where you are in the implementation lifecycle, the system being implemented, your project team structure and any particular concerns or areas where you would like guidance. Relevant project documents can also be provided if required.
Are you providing technical HRIS configuration or payroll advice?
No. My role is project management and implementation advisory support. I work with your business, project team, vendor and technical specialists, but I do not provide system configuration or specialist payroll advice.
