FAQ
Can You Organize my list? I want to send specific messages to only certain subscribers..
Yes, Segmentation is an add-on service. This would include list cleaning and organizing.
I need email marketing automation but don't know where to start, how can you help?
Email marketing is vital for ALL businesses and can vary for different types of businesses. Our strategy begins with getting clear about the message and specific about your goals and the intended outcome when setting up automations.
Do you only work with Mailchimp or can you work on other email platforms?
Most clients have Mailchimp, but I work on almost ALL email marketing solutions: Including but not limited to: GetResponse, Convertkit, Flodesk, Active Campaign, Mailerlite, Constant Contact, Klaviyo.
Do you provide the copywriting/content for the emails?
Yes, I can provide the copy if you do not have it, please take a look at my other gigs for pricing.
Can I speak to you before placing an order?
Yes, I offer free and paid marketing strategy consultations. A free consultation is a short 10-15 minute call to see if we're a good fit. Paid consultations include a full audit, cleaning, marketing strategy call, and an enclosed package with a custom marketing plan, templates and more.
I don't know what I need, can you explain what the difference is in your packages?
I no longer offer packages, instead I offer custom offers for a more personalized experience as well as free and paid consultations.
