I automated the weekly reporting of a 300-member organisation: applications flow from forms into a database, a Telegram bot collects the weekly status from the team, and the board closes the week by itself. It has been running as a service on their server ever since.

I map your current manual process first, in writing, then automate only the parts worth automating. You get the flows, the credentials setup and a document that explains how to change them later.
WHAT I DO NOT DO
Anything that breaks a platform's terms: no CAPTCHA bypassing, no fake accounts, no scraping behind a login that forbids it. I tell you before you order if your idea falls there.

Do I need an n8n server?
No. I can use n8n cloud, your own server, or plain scripts, whichever is cheaper for your case.
Can you connect a specific tool?
If it has an API or a webhook, almost always yes. Send the tool name before ordering and I will confirm.
Who owns the credentials?
You do. I use accounts you create, and I do not keep any keys after delivery.
What if the automation breaks later?
Standard and Premium include error notifications so you know before your client does. Monthly monitoring is an extra.
