What happens after you review my request?
For most projects, we’ll schedule a video meeting to discuss your goals and requirements. This helps me fully understand the updates before beginning development.
What do you need from me?
I may need your WordPress login, website content, images, brand guidelines, examples, and relevant hosting or plugin access. I’ll confirm exactly what is required after reviewing your request.
Do I need to provide the content?
Yes. Please provide finalized text, images, videos, and other content unless content creation has been specifically included in your order.
Can you customize Elementor, WordPress themes, and WooCommerce?
Yes. I specialize in WordPress and Elementor and can customize many themes, plugins, and WooCommerce features. Please contact me first so I can review compatibility and scope.
Can you develop custom functionality?
I can configure and customize existing WordPress plugins, forms, and integrations. Fully custom plugins or extensive PHP or JavaScript development are not included unless reviewed and approved beforehand.
What is included with a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the work completed within the approved scope. New pages, features, content, or requests not originally discussed may require an additional order.
Will the updates work on mobile devices?
Yes. I test completed updates across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. If a theme or third-party plugin creates limitations, I’ll explain them before delivery.
