I will do your podcast transcript, chapters, show notes and captions
About this gig
Your episode is recorded. What's missing is the text that gets it found and finished: a searchable transcript, jumpable chapters, show notes that say what it's about, and video captions. That's this gig send the audio, get the finished text back, ready to paste in.
I run three YouTube channels myself, so these files fit the real upload flow: chapters that drop into a description, an .srt that uploads as-is.
The finished episode comes back as:
- A word-accurate transcript with speaker labels for multi-voice episodes
- Chapter timestamps matched to topic changes
- Show notes summarizing the episode and naming topics and guests (Standard and Premium)
- A caption file (.srt) timed to the audio (Standard and Premium)
- Premium adds YouTube and blog versions of the notes
Names decide if a transcript is usable. Send your spellings hosts, guests, sponsors, places when you order; every name is checked against them. Inaudible words get flagged, never guessed.
Text side only no mixing, mastering, or audio cutting so send audio in its final form.
One corrections round is included. Longer than 90 minutes, or publishing weekly? Message me for a custom order.

FAQ
What exactly do I get back?
A transcript file and a chapter list with timestamps on every package. Standard adds show notes and an .srt caption file. Premium adds a YouTube description version and a blog-post version of the notes. Everything arrives as files you can paste or upload directly.
How do you make sure names are spelled right?
You send the spellings when you order — hosts, guests, sponsors, people and places mentioned. Every name in the finished files is checked against your list, and anything in the audio that can't be verified gets flagged in the transcript for you to confirm.
Do you edit or mix the audio?
No — that work isn't part of this gig. This is the finishing text: transcript, chapters, show notes, and captions. The audio should be in its final form when you send it.
My episode is longer than 90 minutes. Can you still do it?
Yes. Message me the runtime and I'll send a custom offer for the full episode.
I publish every week. Can you finish episodes regularly?
Yes. Order per episode, or message me about a standing monthly arrangement once we've done a first episode together.
