What data do you use?
PriceLabs and enterprise-level AirDNA data help inform things like length of stays, minimum stay requirements, your market's booking patterns, and booking windows.
What will you need from me?
PriceLabs will need to be connected to your Airbnb or PMS. I'll need a link to your public listing. You'll securely share your PriceLabs password while I begin researching your market. I'll also need any rules you prefer about your listing (e.g. minimums).
How are you different from the others saying they'll set up my PriceLabs?
I am officially endorsed as a revenue manager by PriceLabs themselves as a pricing expert, and I've been brought on and trusted by big names in the STR space (James Svetec, Mark Simpson, Jeremy Werden) to help train their Airbnb students and investors on PriceLabs.
Can you help me if my property is located in ______?
