No. I work on a staging copy or take a full backup first, and I show you the result before anything goes live. If anything goes wrong, I restore it immediately.

No — and be careful of anyone who does. Achievable scores depend on your platform, theme, and plugins. Message me your URL before ordering and I'll tell you the realistic ceiling for your specific site, free.
Do you need my login details?
For WordPress or Shopify, yes — admin access. For React or Next.js sites, repository access. I never share credentials and you can change them the moment I'm done.
What if my site is slow because of hosting?
Sometimes it is, and I'll tell you straight if that's the case rather than taking your money for a fix that won't work. I'll recommend what to change on the hosting side.
How long does it take?
