Can you clean up my hacked cPanel
Yes. A compromised cPanel or WHM is more serious than a single hacked site. All hosted websites may be affected. Message me before ordering so I can assess the situation and send you an accurate offer.
Can you clean a hacked WooCommerce store?
Absolutely. WooCommerce sites are high-value targets. Malware often targets checkout pages to skim payment data. I check for payment skimmers, injected scripts, and compromised order data. My Premium package is specifically recommended for online stores.
Which login details do I need to provide?
I need either hosting control panel access (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, or similar) or direct filesystem access via SSH. WordPress admin access alone is not sufficient for a thorough cleanup.
Other sellers charge $30. Why do you charge more?
Those services run automated scanners and mark the job done whether your site is clean or not. I manually inspect every file and verify the result. Many clients found me after a cheap fix that didn't work. One thorough cleanup costs less than two.
Can you guarantee that you fix everything?
Yes, unless your data has been deleted, corrupted or encrypted. In that case, I can restore a backup. Please note that this service is for cleaning WordPress websites only.

After cleanup and hardening (Standard and up), your site is secure. Premium adds 3 months of daily monitoring and immediate fixes if new threats emerge, built for WooCommerce stores and business sites where downtime is not an option. At the end of 3 months, you can renew for continued protection.
