FAQ
Do you use AI?
No. I proofread manually. I might run a spellcheck as a final safety net, but every edit is mine.
What formats do you accept?
Word, Google Docs, PDF. Whatever's easiest for you.
What if my document is longer than your package allows?
Message me first and I'll create a custom offer. No stress.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Basic and Standard include one. Premium includes two
Can you proofread academic papers?
Yes, as long as they're in English. Science and Engineering means I'm comfortable with technical language.
Do you fact-check?
No. I focus on language, not facts. That's a separate service.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic usually within 24 hours. Standard within 48. Premium within 3 days. Need it faster? Message me - I can do express delivery for a small extra fee.
