What information do you need to start?
Send your complete property address, a readable survey, proposed work dimensions or sketch, and any city, county or HOA requirements and review comments.
Can you prepare a plan without a survey?
Contact me first so I can assess your available information. Public mapping does not replace a boundary survey. A preliminary plan may be possible, but your reviewing authority may require a survey.
Can I use the plan for a permit application?
I prepare site plan drawings for permit applications within the agreed scope. Acceptance depends on local requirements. Surveying, engineering calculations and professional seals are not included.
Do you work on Georgia projects?
Yes. I have experience drafting residential site plans for Georgia projects. Send your address and reviewing jurisdiction so I can assess the requirements. Other US locations can be reviewed before ordering.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments within the original agreed scope. New structures, design changes, extra sheets or additional studies may cost extra. Any drafting errors I make will be corrected without charge.
