2. What counts as one issue?
One issue is one clearly defined problem, such as a broken form, plugin conflict or specific error. Multiple unrelated problems count as separate issues.
3. Should I contact you before ordering?
For a simple, clearly defined issue, you can order directly. For complex problems or several errors, please message me first with your URL and a description of the problem.
4. What access will you need?
I normally need temporary WordPress administrator access. Some problems may also require hosting, FTP/SFTP or database access.
5. Can you fix a site after a WordPress or plugin update?
Yes. Broken updates and plugin or theme conflicts are common WordPress problems and can usually be diagnosed and repaired.
6. Do you fix Elementor problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot many Elementor issues including broken layouts, errors, conflicts and functionality problems.
7. Do you fix WooCommerce problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot WooCommerce technical issues. For ongoing WooCommerce support and maintenance, I also offer a dedicated service.
8. Do you remove malware or fix hacked sites?
Malware and hacked WordPress sites require a security cleanup rather than a standard bug fix. Please use my dedicated WordPress malware removal service.
9. Can you prevent similar problems in the future?
Yes. After the repair, I can also provide ongoing WordPress maintenance, backups, security and monitoring through my maintenance service.
10. Can you guarantee every issue can be fixed?
Most WordPress problems can be resolved, but some depend on third-party plugins, hosting, external services or damaged data. If an issue cannot reasonably be fixed within the agreed scope, I will explain the cause and available options.
