How do you price your services, and what exactly is included?
Pricing is based on workflow complexity, number of integrations, and whether custom API work or code is required. Every delivery includes: the live workflow built inside your account, testing with real data, and basic documentation.
Which tool is right for my project? Zapier, Make.com, or n8n?
It depends on your budget, your technical comfort level, and workflow complexity. Zapier is the fastest to set up and best for simple, high volume app connections. Make.com is ideal for multi step, visual workflows at a lower price point.n8n is good for businesses that want self hosting and AI Agent
Who owns the workflow after delivery? Will I lose access if we stop working together?
You own everything, 100%. I build directly inside your Zapier, Make.com, or n8n account using your credentials. I never build inside my own account and transfer later. That creates dependency and risk. After delivery, the workflow runs independently.
What information do you need from me before you start building?
Before I start I need: the apps/tools you want to connect, a clear description of what triggers the workflow and what the end result should be, any API keys or account access needed, and sample data or edge cases to test against
I'm not technical. will I be able to manage this workflow after you hand it over?
Yes, that's a priority for me. On delivery, you get a Loom video walking through exactly how the workflow operates, what triggers it, what each step does, and how to make simple changes yourself.
