What file formats do you accept?
I accept Microsoft Word (.docx) and Google documents. I can provide a corrected version of your document and, when requested, a version showing the changes made. Please contact me before ordering if your document uses another format.
Do you Proofread books or longer manuscripts?
I currently specialize in shorter documents of up to 2,000 words. If you have a longer project, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss the length, requirements, and whether it is a good fit for my services.
Will my documents remain confidential?
I respect your privacy and will not intentionally share, publish, or distribute your documents. You content will be used only to complete your proofreading order. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive personal or financial information.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you believe I missed an error covered by the original order, please let me know, and I will review it. Revisions do not include proofreading newly added content beyond the original word count.
