Do you submit a report after a day's shift?
Yes. We are very transparent with our report and it will definitely give you details of each calls and its progress.
Do you do callbacks?
Yes. We leave voicemails for unanswered calls and we try to reach out as many as our shifts can handle!
Do you provide a dialer?
Yes, we have our own dialer but if you want to also monitor your assigned agent directly, it would be best that you provide your own since we cannot send bulk recordings because of mail policies.
Would I have a selected caller ID?
Yes. If you need it, we could set it up with our own dialer!

Did what was paid agreed upon. However Not really sure if all sales calls were made. I make the same amount of calls daily and wanted to see if I could outsource to help. I usally have a higher answer rate. Response time could of been a little bit better. Overall Im okay with what I paid for.
