They were professional, detailed, and provided timely reports and everything. They clearly know what they are doing. However, the only thing that didn't meet my expectations was deliverability: they were not able to book a single call for me. Apart from that, they were very professional.

I did not get the hours paid for because the va had to clock out for the day, instead of rolling my remaining time into the next day, the manager Kat decided on making a deal to have me purchase additional hours for the next day.
