FAQ
Which sources can you pull from?
Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, GA4, PostgreSQL or MySQL, any REST API, and public web pages. Others on request.
What happens when a source is down?
The bot retries, switches to a fallback source if you have one, and sends you an alert instead of posting nothing. Silent failure is the thing I design against.
Can the report include a chart?
Yes, from the Standard tier: a rendered chart image attached to the message, or an interactive card in Slack or Lark.
