• I created a complex macro in Excel VBA for the Data Analyst Team that reduced the time taken to complete EOM data projections from an 8-hour process per client to 30 minutes per client by personal creation of a macro. • Improved tasks were made using software called RoboTasks, which was created by a previous automation lead, reducing the time taken to perform automation by 50% and increasing the range of data pulled by 300% and increased accuracy from 80% to 98% threshold. • Developed and implemented a new program that is currently taking 94% of the current automation tasks used for both software's and websites and improving accuracy by 96%, as well as reducing the time taken to perform the task by 83%.
