Your approval process should be clear to the people using it. I build Odoo addons for the records, roles and decisions your workflow actually needs.
My work includes JML manufacturing controls and MIDAS recruitment, shift-planning and business workflows. I develop the custom features and integrate them with Odoo and supporting modules. Gallery records are fictional demonstrations.
BASIC: extend one existing model/form with up to three fields and one view change.
STANDARD: one approval flow: up to one new model, five fields, three states and two roles.
PREMIUM: one connected addon: up to two models, twelve fields, five states and three roles.
Packages include agreed access rules, addon source, workflow tests and setup notes. Confirm the written scope with me before ordering. Odoo 17/18 on Odoo.sh or self-hosting. External APIs, full ERP setup, version migration, historical-data conversion and third-party licenses are separately quoted. Delivery starts with complete requirements and agreed code/staging access.

What does one model mean?
A model is a record type, such as a material request or shift-change request. We list the required fields, screens, states and roles before starting so the package has a clear boundary.
Do you build a full ERP for these prices?
These packages cover a defined addon or change. A full implementation, multiple business processes, complex costing engine or integration needs its own scope and milestones.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the delivered addon source, installation notes and the agreed workflow tests. Existing Odoo, third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses and attribution.
Which Odoo versions and hosting do you support?
My recent implementation work is on Odoo 17 and 18. These packages require Odoo.sh or self-hosting with custom-addon access. Send your version, edition and hosting before ordering; other versions need a separate review.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the delivery against the scope we agreed. New features, a different workflow, extra reports or another Odoo version require a separate quote.
How will you access my system?
We agree the necessary code and staging access through Fiverr. Please do not put passwords or API keys in public descriptions or the initial requirements form. A test database or sanitized reproduction is preferred.
What happens after delivery?
I provide setup or handover notes and seven days of support for faults in the delivered work against our agreed scope. New features, unrelated issues, hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate.
