Yes. The Ecommerce package is designed for WooCommerce stores and includes priority technical support.
3. What access will you need?
Usually WordPress administrator access and, when necessary, hosting access. I will only request the access needed for your service.
4. Do you create backups before making updates?
Yes. Keeping a recoverable backup is an important part of safely maintaining a WordPress website.
5. Can you fix existing WordPress problems?
Yes. Small fixes are included according to your package. Larger issues can be handled through a custom offer or additional support.
6. Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?
Absolutely. Most websites I maintain were originally built by other developers or agencies.
7. Is this a one-time or ongoing service?
This Gig is designed for ongoing WordPress care. You can start with one order and continue monthly if you’re happy with the service.
8. Where are you based?
